Improvement of Prediction Accuracy of SCR Catalyst Model under High Temperature Condition (Second Report)

SCR モデルの高温領域でのNOx 浄化性能予測精度向上の試み (第2報)

Regulations of NOx and off-cycle emissions have become stricter. Therefore, exhaust purification performance at high temperatures has become crucial. The authors developed SCR model and simulated the SCR behavior. However, accuracy of the model worsened at high temperatures. In a previous report, it was suggested that NOx assisted NH₃ oxidations was necessary to improve. In this report, it was found that occurrence of competing reactions depended on temperature and NOx assisted NH₃ oxidations were the main competing reactions at high temperature.排気後処理装置のシミュレーションを用いてSCR 触媒の浄化率向上の検討を行っているが,高温領域の予測精度が低いことが課題となっている.先行研究を参考にして,高温領域でNH₃がNO に転換するようにモデルを改良して試験結果と比較した.その結果,高温領域でNOの排出量とNOx浄化率の予測精度が向上した.
