ボルト回転緩み挙動予測手法の提案

In recent transmissions, enhanced fuel efficiency considerations call for further weight reduction without sacrificing reliability. In this way, securing the reliability of the bolt fastening is important in designing transmission. This paper proposes the methodology to predict the rotational bolt loosening considering the elastic deformation of the component.近年の変速機では,燃費向上の観点から信頼性を確保したうえで軽量化を進めることが求められる.自動車用部品間の締結に多く使用されるボルトについても緩みに対する信頼性確保が重要である.本誌はCAEを用いて被締結体の弾性変形を考慮してボルトの耐回転緩み性能を見積もる手法を提案する.
