Study on Fatigue Strength Properties of Aluminum Alloy Spot Laser Welding


To adopt aluminum alloy in structure, it is important to develop most suitable joining technology. This paper describes effect of factors to fatigue strength in aluminum spot laser welding with tensile shear joint. In the range of this study, distance between sheets and thickness occupies most of the contribution, so those are important factors to fatigue strength.アルミニウム合金の接合方法は種々存在するが,設計・生産技術面の利点から現在点レーザー溶接の検討が多く行われている.本研究ではアルミニウム合金点レーザー溶接を実構造に採用する際に重要となる疲労強度特性に着目し,強度影響因子として打点配置・板隙を取り上げ,疲労強度への影響代を実験により明確にした.
