Rethinking I-94: Minnesota DOT: A TPCB Peer Exchange

This report highlights key recommendations and noteworthy practices identified at “Rethinking I-94: MnDOT Peer Exchange” held on August 15-16, 2017 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
