Lithium-Ion Battery Model that Simulates Performance Deterioration by Discharge and Charge

充放電による性能劣化を再現するリチウムイオン電池モデル

When we discuss the influence of battery control such as cell balance control on the performance deterioration of lithium-ion batteries, a numerical simulation model is necessary since the evaluation based on experiments requires a great deal of time and cost. In this paper, the authors firstly present the dynamical model of lithium-ion battery that simulates the performance deterioration for arbitrary discharge/charge patterns and battery′s thermal environment. Then they evaluate the proposed model by numerical case studies.電池制御がリチウムイオン電池の劣化に与える影響を検証する際,実験的に検証するには多大なコストと時間を要するため,数値シミュレーションによる検証が望まれている.本稿では,様々な充放電パターンを入力とし,任意の充電率や連続的な環境温度の変化に対応する,劣化を考慮したリチウムイオン電池モデルを提案する.
