尿素SCR 用インジェクタから噴射される尿素水挙動 および生成化合物の予測(第2 報)

Urea SCR system is effective post treatment device of diesel engine to remove NOₓ in exhaust gas. The purpose of this study is constructing simulation model capable of predicting spray behavior and NH₃ concentration distribution. In order to achieve the purpose, it is necessary to clarify urea solution spray behavior injected by Urea SCR injector and concentration distribution of NH₃ generated by chemical reaction in experimental analysis. In this report, NH₃ generating process is clarified by understanding urea solution spray behavior and NH₃ concentration distribution in high temperature flow field.本研究では,排気管内インジェクタから噴射される尿素水の噴霧挙動および化学反応により生成されるNH<sub>3</sub>濃度分布を実験的解析にて明らかにし,それらを高精度に予測可能なモデルの構築を目的とする.そこで,本報では,実験的解析により高温流動場における噴霧挙動およびNH<sub>3</sub>濃度分布を把握し,NH<sub>3</sub>生成過程を明らかにした.
