The article discusses some of the principal problems arising in the preparation of accidental damage claims. Most of the difficulties are related to times and causes of damage as well as definitions of vague legal terms such as "reasonable". By following the right procedures and using the right terminology, operators can often prevent delay and some-times financial loss.
