EXPERIMENTAL BASE FOR SCIENTIFIC STUDIES IN THE AREA OF TECHNICAL OPERATION OF MARINE POWER PLANTS

The necessity of a shore-based laboratory for testing of marine power plants, fuels and oils is demonstrated, and a possible list of laboratories and equipment to be included is presented. (Author)
