One step further
In this article, the authors discuss the new requirements and guidelines introduced by the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) to help rail companies focus on their people, identify errors, and improve safety culture in the rolling stock maintenance. These guidelines that emphasize human factors and organizational culture are designed to help companies work through the requirements of the Railway Industry Supplier Approval Scheme (RISAS) and manage risk in the supply chain.
