Multi-Agent Control of Urban Transportation Networks and of Hybrid Systems with Limited Information Sharing
The focus of this thesis in on developing efficient methods for control of large-scale systems utilizing state-of-the-art control methods and optimization techniques. The thesis contains two parts. The first part addresses dynamic traffic routing for urban transportation networks and the second part addresses multi-agent model predictive control of a class of hybrid systems with limiting information sharing and subject to global constraints.
