The report contains a description of the uniform reporting system for the urban mass transit industry designed and tested in Project FARE. It is presented in five volumes. Volume III contains examples of all of the forms used in the system for transit operations other than commuter rail. Each form shows a cross reference to the applicable instructions in Volume II.
