Through registration of noise, accidents, air pollution and traffic, as well as interviews and talks, school papers and children's drawings, an understanding of how it is to live in a city street in Oslo with heavy traffic is given. The situation is discussed in relation to traffic and residential plans prepared by the local municipal authorities and improvement measures on various levels. (TRRL)
