HIZAC SYSTEM: A LABOUR-SAVING NUMERICAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SHIPYARDS
This system was developed by Hitachi for controlling automatic drawing and/or automatic cutting, as well as being used for fairing hull lines and the development of shell plates. A block diagram shows the HIZAC system. Details are given for the specially developed software, including-the four major subsystems, the HISP language, HISP statements, and an outline of the processing of the HISP system program.
