A Study on Relationships between Changes of Agricultural Community, Regulations and Formation of Road Networks

農業集落の変容と開発規制及び道路網形態との関係性に関する研究

The main purpose of this study is to clarify relationships between changes of agricultural community, the regulations of the Urban Planning Act and the Agricultural Land Act, and urban configurations. At first, the authors analyzed changes of agricultural community by the using census data of agricultural community from 1990 to 2000 by using the Principal Component Analysis. Then, the authors classified the types of changes of agricultural community of Saga city and Ogi city in Saga Lowland Area. Then, the authors analyzed urban configurations of study area by using the Space Syntax Theory. Finally, the authors analyzed the relationships between the changes of agricultural community, sets of regulations and characteristics of urban configurations by using the Diacriminant Analysis. As a result, the aithors pointed out that the declines of agricultural communities had relationship with designation of urbanization controlled area and accumulation of global integration value.本研究の目的は、農業集落の変容と都市計画法や農業振興法による規制及び道路網形態の関係性を明らかにすることにある。そのためにまず、1990年と2000年の農林業センサスのデータを用い、主成分分析を行うことで佐賀市及び小城市における農業集落の時系列的な変容のパタンを明らかにした。また、対象地区における都市形態の特性をスぺースシンタックス理論により分析した。最後に、変容のパタンと規制の組み合わせ及び都市形態の特性の関係性を判別分析により明らかにした。その結果、農業集落の衰退は、市街化調整区域、農業振興地域、農用地区域の組み合わせによる設定とスペースシンタックス理論によって算出されたグローバルインテグレーション値と関係性があることが明らかとなった。
