A PEDESTRIAN PLANNING PROCEDURES MANUAL VOLUME I. OVERVIEW

The Manual identifies the significant data, procedures and criteria that should be considered in the planning and evaluation of both comprehensive pedestrian systems and individual facilities. This volume provides a general background and introduction to pedestrian planning and to the technical procedures of Volume II.
