A PROPOSAL FOR THE FUTURE OF FLIGHT SERVICE STATIONS. VOLUME II. COST ANALYSIS OF THE PRESENT FLIGHT SERVICE STATION SYSTEM

In the report, total costs of the present FSS system are developed and allocated among the major functions performed. Unit service costs are derived. Total costs are extrapolated to determine the expense of expanding the present system (without changes in the mode of operation) to meet the projected 1983 demand. (Author)
