FULL-SIZE BENDING TEST AND ANALYSIS OF SQUARE STEEL PIPES WITH BOLTED JOINTS FOR UNDERPASS CONSTRUCTION METHOD

線路下横断構造物の施工に関するボルト締結鋼管の実物大曲げ試験と数値解析

In recent years, underpass tunnels are often constructed under shallow earth coverings by either the method of combination of temporary elements or the method of replace elements with the box culvert. For the latter method, the joints of temporary element pipes are often connected by bolts to construct underpass tunnels reasonably, so it is strongly needed to conduct torque management of bolts appropriately. In this study, 4 points bending test using full-size specimen of square steel pipes with single bolted joint is conducted to investigate bending behaviors of connected steel pipes. The results demonstrated that as fastening torques are increased by 3 times lager than initial values, the deflections of the specimen are decreased by 30%. In addition, simple algorithm using FE analysis are developed to grasp the bending behaviors of element pipes with bolted joints. 非開削工法で建造された線路下横断構造物は,近年,低土被りの施工事例が多く,推進・けん引した角形鋼管を本設利用する方法や,鋼管を到達側に押出しボックスカルバートと置換する方法などがとられている.後者の場合,作業効率をあげるため鋼管をボルト締結するのが一般的で,軌道への影響を緩和するにはボルトのトルク管理を適正に行う必要があるが,効果的な方法が見当たらないのが現状である.本研究では,ボルト締結された実物大の角型鋼管の曲げ試験を行って締結鋼管の曲げ挙動を実験的に検討した.その結果,締結トルクを900Nm増加することで鋼管のたわみを最大30%抑制できることがわかった.さらに,締結鋼管の曲げ変形およびボルト軸力の変化を把握できるFEMによる解析アルゴリズムを開発した.
