Annex Research of Methods the Measuring and Improving Energy Efficiency of Axial Tunnel Ventilation

Prilog istrazivanju metoda mjerenja i poboljsanja energetske efikasnosti aksijalne tunelske ventilacije

The aim is to explore the factors of efficiency and methods of measuring energy efficiency of axial tunnel ventilation. The issue of labor based on the fact that there is still significant scope for improving the energy efficiency of these systems on the one hand, and on the other not existence of a single formalized methods of measuring energy savings. The size and the need to optimize construction tunnel ventilation depends on the type of tunnels and ventilation concept. The paper concludes that the integrated energy system efficiency ventilation-tunnel at a number of revolutions of the impeller is equal to the product of efficiency of electric motors declined by a further hydraulic efficiency fan η<sub>f kinematic factor 1-h/w and efficiency of transmission of impulses ηᵢ . Research findings indicate that measuring the energy efficiency of tunnel ventilation should be treated as part of the system, rather than as a separate component of the infrastructure because of a number of interactions with the environment.
