Offshore Installations Supply Vessels

Brodovi za opskrbu platformi i instalacija na otvorenom moru

Offshore supply vessels are a key factor in continuous work at platforms and installations on the open sea (Offshore installations). Their function is to transport personnel, supplies and materials from supply base to the installation and back, and providing services in everyday operation and maintenance of offshore installations. The paper presents types of the offshore supply vessels and an overview of the functionalities of the system of dynamic positioning (DP) system of vessels on this type of ships.
