STEADY FLOW THROUGH POROUS MEDIA WITH HEAT AND MASS EXCHANGE: PART 2

The author extends the work of Part I by applying theoretical relations to the problems of slip flow and free-molecular (or Knudsen) flow within a porous medium. The resulting equations are non-linear integrodifference equations, the mathematical analysis of which occupies the major part of the paper. It is shown that solutions may be obtained by the method of successive approximations.
