THE VALUATION OF SPECIAL USE PROPERTIES IN RIGHT OF WAY APPRAISAL

The appraisal of real estate is based on the fair market value and the presumptions on which this basically commercial principle is based, are clarified. The legal character of the right of way principles are reviewed and two actual processes are used to illustrate the concepts. The aspect of compensation is considered. An actual documentation is submitted (slightly modified) of an acquisition and preparation for exchange of parcels of real estate. Details are given of the value analysis and documentation.
