REINFORCED EFFECT OF FLEXIBLE PRE-SUPPORTING METHOD USING A CONTROLLED DRILLING MACHINE FOR SHALLOW SHIELD TUNNELS

小土被りシールド工事における制御ボーリングを用いた自在先受け工法の地盤変状抑制効果

Flexible Pre-Supporting method (the Geo-Flex Beams method) was developed for the improvement of safety at the working face during shield construction under the railway or road. This system consists of grout-infused packers developed underground using a controlled drilling machine. In this paper, model tests, centrifuge model tests and field loading tests were carried out to verify the effect of reinforced beams. The major results were almost as expected about the effect of prevention of caving-in, deformation control and reinforced mechanism. Moreover, it was confirmed that the reinforced beam provided sufficient strengths such as dead loads and live loads of a road and railway. 鉄道や道路直下を小土被りシールド掘削する際の地盤変状に対する安全性の向上を目的として,織布の袋材にグラウトを充填した補強体からなる自在先受け工法を開発した.本工法は,シールド掘削に先立ち,曲線削孔(40mR)が可能な制御ボーリングを用いて地表面から地盤を削孔し,シールド上部の地盤に長尺な梁状の補強体を構築する技術である. 本報告では,鋼管と比較して曲げ剛性が1/10以下の補強体の先受け工としての地表面沈下の抑制や陥没防止等の支保効果を検証するために,各種模型実験および現場載荷実験を実施した.その結果,補強体による地表面沈下の抑制効果,陥没防止効果および補強メカニズムを明らかにするとともに,補強体は道路や鉄道の死荷重および活荷重を支持できる支保耐力を有していることが確認できた.
