Aufbau einer kooperativen Verkehrszentrale in Hessen / Setup of the cooperative traffic management center in Hessen

Kooperative Systeme sind zurzeit Gegenstand vieler Projekte und Entwicklungen. Erste Anwendungen stehen vor der Markteinfuehrung. Die Vernetzung von Fahrzeugen mit Verkehrszentralen stellt besondere Anforderungen nicht nur an die funktionalen Erweiterungen der Zentralensysteme, sondern insbesondere auch an ihren grundlegenden Aufbau und ihre Leistungsfaehigkeit. Im Projekt sim(hoch TD) hat Hessen Mobil erstmals eine vollwertige, kooperative Verkehrszentrale entwickelt, die nicht nur die Kommunikation mit den Fahrzeugen realisiert, sondern auch kooperative, verkehrstechnische Anwendungen umsetzt. Der Beitrag stellt anhand der Entwicklungen aus sim(hoch TD) den Aufbau einer solchen kooperativen Verkehrszentrale vor, der die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der speziellen Anforderungen kooperativer Anwendungen ermoeglicht. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: Cooperative systems are currently topic of multiple R&D activities. First applications are shortly before market introduction. The cross-linking of vehicles and traffic management centers require specific functional enhancements of the traffic management center regarding the system architecture and the performance. With the project simTD, Hessen Mobil developed the first complete cooperative traffic center that communicates not only with the vehicles, but also applies cooperative traffic management strategies. This paper introduces the setup of the cooperative traffic management center based on the development of the project simTD. The realization of this system proved that it supports the specific requirements of cooperative applications in a large field study. (A)
