Determination of Dangerous Places at the Section the Road Visoko - Semizovac

Traffic accidents are unpredictable. They happen anywhere on the theoretically safe and dangerous roads, in favorable and unfavorable weather conditions. But, at long intervals can be used to determine different frequency event of accidents on the observed road network. In places where the risk is significantly higher than average values, traffic accidents are grouped together. These places are called dangerous places and frequently associated with some elements of roads, intersections, curves or slopes. They appear on the roads, as well as the limited space, and are identified by analyzing accident data from the so-called. Sitemap types of accidents and tables (database). The general definition of black spots / dangerous place as follows: place shorter than X meters, where a Y or more accidents in which the injured person at the time of the year Z (X, Y, Z represent the numerical size). Planning of traffic safety is a proactive approach to the prevention of accidents and unsafe traffic conditions. This approach to improving traffic safety through quantitative changes in the overall transport network. This work is included in part of the regional road R445 from the exit of the town of Visoko (BP dredged), to the intersection of roads Ilijas - Vogosca (Semizovac) - Olovo and determined the black spots on this section.
