A Location Method for a Distribution Center Based on the Gravity Model and the Bi-Level Programming Model
This paper proposes a new method which fully considers the interests of logistics planning department and the clients. This method can define the initial solution of the Bi-level programming model by gravity model, and simplify the calculation of bi-level programming model. The numerical experiment results show that the proposed method are feasible and effective.
