Pennsylvania Roads and Marcellus Fracking Operations: A Peaceful Coexistence in Lycoming County
This article reports on the partnership between the state of Pennsylvania and Lycoming County, which is located at the epicenter of Marcellus shale play and is expected to be a source of natural gas for years to come. The two are working to ensure the safety of bridges and roads under heavy hauling and to maximize the economic benefits of natural gas development for the region.
