RF Positioning: Fundamentals, Applications, and Tools

The fundamentals of radio-frequency (RF) localization are covered in the first part of the book. The second part addresses the application of those fundamentals in several types of wireless networks and technologies and the third part brings several tools to allow rapid development of positioning applications for mobile devices. The table of contents lists 10 chapters with the following titles: Introduction to RF Positioning Systems; Fundamentals of Triangulation-Based Positioning; Fundamentals of TOA, RSS and AOA Estimation; Fundamentals of RF Fingerprinting; Positioning in Cellular Networks; Positioning in Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) and WSNs; Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS); Positioning in Bluetooth and Ultra Wide Band (UWB) Networks; Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems for RF Positioning; and Developing RF Positioning Applications for Mobile Devices.
