An Invaluable Resource

This article reflects on the history of CPARK-L, a parking-specific email list started twenty-one years ago. The author details his motivations for starting the list, which included a need to better serve the campus parking management community. The article highlights some of the factors that make the list valuable to professionals. It also describes how to use the Internet list and includes rules and things to remember to maximize its use.
