Quantitative Analysis of Service Level in Integrated Transport Hubs Based on Pedestrians' Subjective Perception
In order to find the rule that the service level of Integrated Transport Hubs (ITHs) is effected by pedestrians’ subjective perception, Structural Equation Mode (SEM) is promoted to quantify the level of service and reflect the pedestrians’subjective perception. Firstly, according to pedestrians’ subjective perception, the questionnaire about the ITHs service level is designed to measure the satisfaction of passengers in Xi'an North Street integrative transport transfer hub. And the main factors influenced pedestrians’ subjective perception and the law that pedestrian perceive service level of ITHs are found. Secondly, based on SEM model, quantitative analysis of the ITHs service level is calculated in pedestrian’s security demand, comfort needs, convenience demand and service demand. Meanwhile interactions between subjective perceptions and its relationship with ITHs are researched. The results show that, the expected path coefficient of passengers in North Street comprehensive transfer hub is 0.9200, and the satisfaction path coefficients of passengers is 0.7120, which is 77.39% fit with expectations. The path coefficients of North Street transfer hub are all below 0.6000 and the value of convenience perception is only 0.2997, which are on a low level. This article provides a theoretical basis and reference for optimal design of ITHs and full play of the service function.
