Evaluation of Relationships Between Mechanical Characteristics and Physico-Chemical Properties of Mortar Influenced by Ca Leaching at Meso-Scale Level

メソスケールでのCa溶脱により変化するモルタルの力学的性質と物理化学的性質の関係性評価

In this study, thin mortar specimens were immersed in either ion exchanged water or NaCl solution for 360 days for the purpose of evaluating the relationships between changes in mechanical characteristics and physico-chemical properties caused by Ca leaching. Following the immersion test, bending and shear tests were carried out to determine the elastic modulus, flexural strength, tensile strength, fracture energy, tensile softening curve and shear strength. Furthermore, physico-chemical properties such as calcium hydroxide and porosity were also determined by chemical analysis. Based on these results, the relationships between the mechanical characteristics and physico-chemical properties were evaluated. Bending strength, tensile strength, fracture energy and shear strength were found to be strongly related to the amount of cement hydrate and porosity, both for the ion exchanged water immersed and the NaCl solution immersed specimens.本研究では,モルタルを対象に,準微視的視点に立ち,Ca溶脱により変化する物理化学的性質と力学的性質との関係性を評価することを目的とした実験的検討を行った。すなわち,イオン交換水とNaCl溶液を用いたモルタルの薄片供試体による最大360日間の浸漬実験を行い,浸漬後に曲げ試験およびせん断試験を行うことで,力学的性質(弾性係数,曲げ強度,引張強度,破壊エネルギー,引張軟化曲線,せん断強度)を測定するとともに,物理化学的性質(CH,C-S-H,空隙率,細孔径分布)を定量的に把握した。その結果,弾性係数を除く力学的性質と物理化学的性質の相関関係が非常に高いことが明らかとなった。さらに,過去に著者らの提案した引張強度,弾性係数,破壊エネルギーの予測式の適用性を検証した結果,モデル式の妥当性を確認した。
