A study on the priority determination using the AHP method in ATMS

The objective of this study is to determine priorities of ATMS policy measures using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. AHP model composes five major attributes (Level 1) and 10 sub-elements (Level 2). The result of this model shows that experts put a higher importance on Functionality and Efficiency, out of the 5 high rank items in Level 1, and in the comparison of Level 2, Function of Alternative/Detour in Functionality, Connection to Existing ITS Project in Connectivity, Local Governments Currently under ATMS Promotion in Expandability, Small and medium-sized cities in Equity received high importance.
