AFTER A BRIEF INTRODUCTION INTO THE FUNDAMENTALS OF NO- FAULT, THIS ARTICLE CONCENTRATES ON THE CHOICE OF LAW COMPLICATIONS OF DIFFERING STATE SITUATIONS. THE INTERSTATE FEATURES OF THE VARIOUS NO-FAULT PLANS ARE REVIEWED AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF MODERN CONFLICTS THEORY AND PRACTICE, AND THE CASE FOR ADOPTING A PERSONAL (DOMICILIARY), RATHER THAN A TERRITORIAL, APPROACH IS DEVELOPED.
