Dynamic Simulation for Effective Evacuation Planning
From the experience of large disaster in 11th march 2011, the importance of emergency evacuation has again been realized. It is necessary to have to have an “effective” evacuation plan in order to evacuate from the danger, such as Tsunami, and Nuclear emergency before it comes. The authors have studied evacuation plans with dynamic simulation in several cases. This approach will improve the comprehensive effectiveness of evacuation plan by improving not only the plan itself. The viewpoint from the simulation will be used for education and drills in order to improve the public reactions. This paper shows a technical point of view for this approach based on the authors' experience from actual studies.
