THIS ADDENDUM TO THE TECHNICAL APPENDICES COMPARES: COSTS FOR AN URBAN EXPRESSWAY AND AN URBMOBILE GUIDEWAY OF AT LEAST EQUIVALENT TRAFFIC CAPACITY; PARKING AREA REQUIREMENTS IN THE CENTER CITY FOR AUTOMOBILES AND AN URBMOBILE-- AUTOMOBILE; THE COSTS OF THE HIGHWAY SYSTEM PROPOSED FOR THE NIAGARA FRONTIER TO MEET 1985 TRAVEL DEMANDS AND A 126-MILE URBMOBILE GUIDEWAY SYSTEM DESIGNED TO MEET THE SAME DEMAND; AND LEVELS OF SERVICE OF EXPRESSWAY AND URBMOBILE FOR THE NIAGARA FRONTIER.
