KTX effects and socio-economic change

This paper highlights the characteristics of the High Speed Rail (HSR) stations that are now in operation on the Korea Train eXpress (KTX) line, to assist policy makers in mapping out transportation strategies by providing how advanced countries handle problems under similar circumstances. The paper presents alternatives to trans-modal systems to set a direction for future policy making in the high speed rail sector.
