GRAIMOD: A Tool for Making Enterprise Supply Chain Sustainable

Enterprises have to reorganise themselves for resisting to the crisis and growing up after the crisis. Indeed they are facing increased costs and overheads due to this policy at a time when the market price is decreasing because of emerging countries and globalisation. The effect on their supply chain is immediate. The main performance criteria QCD (quality, cost and delay) of their supply chain are not well improved. GRAI Methodology is one of the three main methodologies used for improving enterprise supply chain. This paper presents GRAIMOD a tool for supporting GRAI Methodology. The concepts used for elaborating this tool will be presented and the composition of a future supply chain will be given. Thus a new performance criterion (carbon management and social, societal and environmental impacts on the supply chain) will be added to the previous QCD. An example is given on how to combine fluvial road transportations for improving flows in Sénart Logistic area, near Paris.
