Theory to Identify the Influencing Factors of Staffing in Road Transportation Authorities

Based on relevant management theories of management and politics, this paper builds data models to judge the degree of importance of various influencing factors by adopting a method that combines systems analysis and statistical analysis on the basis of identifying the factors that affect the staffing in road transportation authorities and designing the indicator variable system. In the light of the research data, this paper concludes that: (1) the market size is the most important factor that affects the staff scale of the authorities, and it has a relatively stable influence; (2) the physical geography is an important factor that affects the staff scale in the authorities, but it has a relatively fluctuant influence; and (3) the management system and the administrative efficiency can affect the staff scale in the authorities, and their influences show a gradually increasing tendency along with social progress.
