Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Line's Maintenance Management and the Development and Implementation of a Maintenance Management System
Focusing on the Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Line (shortened to Demonstration Line), this article describes the maintenance management demand characteristics of the Maglev Transportation System. It presents the Demonstration Line's maintenance management and application structure and the main functional modules of the maintenance management system (shorted as MMS). It discusses the importance of an MMS to support the Demonstration Line's safe, reliable, and economic operation and the important development of an enterprise assets management system application. It also introduces the MMS development and successful MMS implementation experiences in the Demonstration Line.
