Optimization of lifecycle robustness in early development phases

This project aims at developing the capability to balance and optimize the lifecycle robustness of a product, i.e. the balance between safety requirements, technical requirements, producibility, performance as well as ecological and economic sustainability. The goal with this project is to develop a simulation approach which can be used to balance performance requirements (aero- and thermodynamics, structural integrity and materials) with tolerance requirements, producibility, giving a nuanced overview of the entire product development process.
