X-RAIL EXPANDS FLOW OF DRY BULK CARGO
The shipment of dry bulk cargo in containers has been given an added lift by the recent opening of the first of several distribution transfer systems in Newark, N.J. The terminal was launched by X-Rail Systems, Inc., a privately owned firm, and is designed to provide a nationwide network for intermodal movements of bulk commodities--both liquid and dry--through the use of sophisticated commodity transfer equipment.
