CONCLUSIONS REACHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL COMMISSION OF REGIONAL TRANSPORT AND OTHER PUBLIC TRANSPORT MODES ARE ALSO PRESENTED. THE TOPICS DISCUSSED BY THE INTERNATIONAL BETWEEN TOWNS AND AIRPORTS, AND MODERNIZATION OF EXISTING URBAN NETWORKS. THE INTERNATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE ECONOMICS OF TRANSPORT DEALT WITH THE IMPROVEMENT AND MEASUREMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY IN URBAN PUBLIC TRANSPORT (EXCLUDING UNDERGROUND SYSTEMS).
