METHOD OF CALCULATING THE OPERATING RELIABILITY OF THE EQUIPMENT OF ELECTRIC MOTIVE POWER UNITS

Deals with a method of calculating the reliability of the electrical equipment of electric motive power units, taking into account not only the structural features of different parts of the electrical equipment of the vehicles but also the influence of routine inspections and repairs. With this object in mind, the principal notions: "reliability" and "failure" of electric motive power units are defined with greater precision.
