The Study on a Valuation Model of Port Coastline Resources Based on Income Reduction Method

Based on the fact that the valuation model of port coastline resources, lack of scientific and standardized evaluation of theories and methods, the authors analyze the general method to assess the value of port coastline resources. And build the evaluation model of resources value of the port coastline. The valuation model of port coastline resources based on income reduction method is objective, and it lays the foundation of further calculation and the achievement of port coastline resources valuation.
