Game Balance in the Cut-throat Competition of Road Logistics—The Insurance Loss Settlement Based on Traffic Security

Presently logistics in China is stuck in a difficult position of decreasing basic costs by illegal methods, which, leads not only the whole industry to be trapped in a cutthroat competition but also insurance companies in economic difficulties. To improve that situation and decrease traffic accident rate in logistics, multiple influences should be analyzed in the case. Besides traffic police's effort in illegal action investigation and punishment, may vastly reduce the insurance loss settlement to those traffic accidents, which is caused by illegal driving behaviors, and build bonus to re-distribute those illegal income. In this article, an illegal behavior formula is established and different factors are analyzed in the model. Also, some advices on the use of those illegal driving accidents loss settlements are given. With those methods, logistics companies in logistics, insurance company and the whole transportation industry can be gamed in both of their economic interests, and tries to conduct all three above into a health and positive competition.
