Reform and Pilot Study of Survey Methodology for Road Freight Transport
This article carries out the reform and pilot study of the survey methodology for road freight transport. The purpose of the paper is to improve the current survey program reasonably and clarify the scope of the survey. In addition, it examines the needs and specific indicators for road freight transport. The basic objective of the study is to establish a type of statistical and survey method for road freight transport. This article proposes a simple random sampling method, and gathers the samples by using field investigation in combination with the typical survey method. This method of statistics for the extracted samples uses a post-layered approach. Also, a corresponding mathematical model is established to carry on the statistics. By using this method, data obtained are more in line with the actual situation of Liuzhou. Thus it can be adopted for government and corporate decision-making. Thus, the example also validates the rationality and feasibility of the survey methodology.
