Proposals of Implementing Maintenance Management and Planning for Urban Road

Aims at the main problem, which is that urban road maintenance management is guided by experience of recognizing road, in the decision progress, some programs are not suitable for urban road maintenance because the department has not enough quantitative indexes evaluating road maintenance, leading to a lot of lems, such as wasting maintenance fund, road quality declining, raising consuming money and so on the need for road maintenance was analyzed, contents and technology line were put forward. At last, road maintenance theory and one scheme were proposed to guarantee the road exerting its function within design years.
