Calculation Method of Overall Evaluation Railway Operating Expenses and Economic Indicator Analysis Based on Rough Set
This paper introduces rough set theory and calculation method into the method of China's railway cost calculation and establishes the analytical model of economic indicator. According to the features of four links (delivery, transport, transfer and destination) in the transportation and production process, the cost influencing factors and their degree are sorted using quantification to reveal the effect of economic indicators on cost and the inherent and objective relations among indicators, which will be helpful to provide mathematical basis for management and decision-making and make the calculation results of railway operating expenses much more practical.
