Multi-Objective Models and Algorithms for System Spare Part Inventory Optimization
Spare part management is not only asking for the quantity of spare parts to satisfy the equipment repair demand, but it also asks for quality to ensure the reliability of equipment. Moreover, the economics of spare part management is also important. This paper intends to combine these factors, establishing a multi-objective model to solve each sub-systems' spare part quantity problem with the longest continuous operating time of the system and with the most economical investment.
