Analysis and Optimization of Supply Logistics Mode in New Lines Railway Construction Project
There are no supply logistics facilities that can be used in China's new lines railway construction project. A self-supply system can be built to solve this problem, but this will take a lot of investment, cause a large number of departures after the project completion, and will also result in waste to the country. This paper analyzes the performance of supply logistics in the project, combines it with modern logistics theory, and optimizes the supply logistics mode in new lines railway construction project with the consideration of risk and cost control. The numerical example shows the proposed approach can perform well in the supply logistics option of the new project.
