Third-Party Logistics Information System Security Measures
Fast, exact and safe information is an important factor that has an effect on third-party logistics companies' development. Security-information is more and more significant in the information system. The secure network communications should be built between client and 3PL, in order to protect data from going missing, being altered and having error-code. It could ensure information's secrecy, integrity, non-repudiation and authentication of different users. Firstly, Secure Hash Algorithm is used in transferring data to add data-summary code. Then both sides will find the error of information. Secondly, the data will be encrypted to enhance its ability of defending attack and preventing secrets from being stolen. Thirdly, by setting up Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Authority (CA), the identity-authentication module is added in the system.. Lastly, the equipment should be put in effective protection, to keep away from electromagnetism leak and physical damage. It is hoped that those measures ensure that clients' information of production and distribution is transferred safely and effectively and protected from leak.
